Onion Garlic Dip

Serves 1

Carbohydrates:  3.5 

 

Ingredients:

0.4 cup                   Cold water

1tbsp                      T-360 mayonnaise

1tbsp                      Chopped onion

Garlic powder       to taste

Dash of oregano and chopped parsley

“No salt” or Sea Salt and pepper to taste

 

Method:

In a small serving bowl, prepare T-360 powder to paste like consistency using a small amount of water. Add remaining ingredients to the diet mix. Stir thoroughly until smooth and creamy. Serve surrounding with sliced raw vegetables. For additional servings, increase all ingredients proportionately.
