1 tsp cold pressed oil

60 g green prawns

A squirt of lemon juice

1 tsp cold pressed oil

1 clove garlic

20 g spring onion

60 g cherry tomatoes cut in half

 

1: shell and de-vein prawns, leaving tail intact. Combine prawns in medium bowl with juice.

Oil and garlic. Cover ; refrigerate for one hour.
