Ingredients:
60 grams water packed tuna
1 tbsp T-360 mayonnaise
¼ tsp dry or prepared mustard (sugar free Dijon mustard)
3/8 cup cold water
½ medium tomato
Lettuce leaf
Method:
Combined first four ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Place ½ tomato on lettuce leaf and fill with tuna mixture. Scrummy lunch!
