Ingredents
1 cup cold water 1 egg yolk
½ cup hot water 1tbp butter
1 chicken stock cube
7.5 g low fat shredded cheese
3.5 g mushrooms, sliced or chopped
1 plain T-360 packet
Lite salt and pepper to taste
Method
1: Suate mushroom in butter
2: dissolve chicken cube in ½ cup of hot water. Add to mushroom and simmer.
3: place ½ cup of cold water in blender. Add egg yolk and T-360 packet while blender is on low speed.
4: add T-360 mixture to soup
5: simmer briefly and add cheese just before serving.
