A squirt of lemon juice cracked pepper
120 g fish of your choice 1 tsp oregano
Method
1: mix all ingredients.
2: marinate for 15-20 minutes.
3: grill for 5-10 minutes on foil lined grilling tray. Turn once during cooking until fish is cooked through.
