INDIAN STIR FRY

Carbohydrates:                          7 g

Protein:                                       1 serve

 

2 tsp olive oil                              ¼ tsp turmeric

¼ tsp ginger powder                 ½ tsp cumin powder

½ clove garlic, crushed              chili powder, to taste

Lite salt                                        60 g chicken

20 g brown onion, sliced          40g broccoli, in florets

20 g snow peas                          40 g bok choy

2 oz water

 

1: Heat oil in a work or frying pan.

2: Add chicken strips and stir-fry until the chicken is nearly cooked through. Add all the spices and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove. Set aside and keep warm.

3: Add onion to the pan and stir-fry a few minutes. Add broccoli, snow peas, bok choy and water.

4: Add the chicken and stir through to finish cooking the chicken.

5: Season with lite salt and serve.
