A squirt of lemon juice         ¼ to ½ tsp dried chili flakes

1 clove garlic, crushed          30 g Kalamata olives. Cut finely

 1tbsp basil, fresh shredded 

                                

1: whisk together lemon juice, garlic and olives

2: stir through chili flakes
