Ingredients
60 grams diced, cook chicken (no skin)
1 chicken stock cube
¾ cup hot water
¼ cup bean sprouts
½ cup cabbage
½ cup stalk, celery, sliced diagonally
¼ cup mushroom, slice
1/8 cup chopped onion
¼ cup snow peas
¼ tbsp. cold pressed oil
1 tsp Soy sauce
Method
Dissolve stock cubes in hot water. Set aside. Sauté all vegetables in oil until soft. Add soy sauce, stock cube and dice chicken to pan and cook quickly, stirring constantly. Serve and enjoy, makes a wonderful dinner.
