WARM CAJUN CHICKEN SALAD

120 g breast chicken, in strips                  

45 g zucchini. Slice thinly lengthwise

40 g green pepper, sliced

60 g lettuce

Add oil, apple cider vinegar, flesh basil and pepper to taste as a dressing Cajun spices.

1: Sprinkle chicken with Cajun spices and BBQ; brush with oil if needed.

2: BBQ zucchini and pepper for 5-10 minutes.

3: Place bed of lettuce on plate; top with chicken, vegetables and dressing.
