TURKISH SPINACH WITH LAMB

Protein:                                2 serves

1 tsp butter                      1 clove of garlic, crushed

70 g spinach                     20 g red onion, diced

4 ox of diced or minced lamb

 

1: Melt butter, add garlic and spinach, cook until spinach just wilts, set aside.

2: Fry onion and lamb until meat is brown

3: Add spinach mixture to lamb, toss through and serve.
