240 g fillet steak, about 5 cm. thick

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp butter                                                2tbsp parsley

1 clove garlic, crushed                             1tsp sat free soy sauce


1: hammer out the steak for 15 mm thick.

2: rub the steak very lightly with NO salt and pepper.

3: heat half of the butter in fry pan. When butter is sizzling, drop in the steak.

4: turn steak over after 40-60 seconds.

5: add the remaining butter. Sprinkle with parsley, and soy sauce.

6: cook for more than 1 minute.

7: turn onto a hot plate and drizzled sauce over the steak.
