Scrambled Eggs Supreme

Serve 1

Carbohydrates:                          3.5 grams

Proteins:                                      1.5



¼ cup                                  cold water

1tsp                                    chopped onion (optional)

¼                                         cup mushroom

¼                                         grated low fat cheese

2                                          eggs

1                                          plain T-360 packet

Lite Salt and pepper to taste.



Place water and egg in a blender and turn on to low speed; gradually add T-360 powder while blender is on. Set aside and sauté mushroom and onion in oil. When soft, pour in egg mixture and seasoning. Cook to desired consistency and top with grated cheese.
