Salmon baked in foil

Preheat oven to 425 degree F or 200 degrees C.



60 grams                                        salmon

35 grams                                        fresh spinach

1 tsp                                                grainy mustard or (sugar free Dijon mustard)

Sprinkle of“Lite Salt” and pepper.



Place spinach onto foil square, set fish on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper and smear with grainy mustard. Seal foil tightly and place onto tray. Put into preheat oven. Bake approximately 8 minutes


Serve with cabbage and onion
