25 g green bean, trimmed chopped coarsely

20 g olive, black

40 g cucumber, thinly sliced

10 g red onion, finely thinly

45 g lettuce shredded

1 egg hard boil, quartered

90 g tuna in spring water, drained


1: Boil or steam bean until just tender, drain and rinse under cold water, then drain again.

2: Place all ingredients in bowl and toss gently to combine.
