Mushroom salad

Carbohydrates:                                            6 grams



3/8 cup                                                         tomato sauce

1 tbsp                                                            vinegar

¼ cup                                                             sliced mushroom

1/8                                                                 lettuce head shredded

Trace and horseradish



Prepare lettuce in a salad bowl with raw sliced mushroom. Place vinegar, tomato juice and horseradish in a blender and turn on to medium speed. Add T-360 packet while blender is on and blend until smooth. Pour mixture over lettuce and mushroom.
