Mushroom and spinach salad

Carbohydrates:                         3.5 grams



35 grams                                    baby spinach leaf

35 grams                                    mushrooms

1 tbsp                                         parsley

T-360 dressing                          (oil and vinegar)



Wipe top of mushroom and slice, not too thin. Blanch spinach leaves in hot water to 3 seconds and drain. Arrange spinach in shallow plate and cover with sliced mushrooms. Pour over salad dressing and serve. Sprinkle and parsley.
