2tsp olive oil                                        1 clove garlic c

20g onion, chopped                           2 ½ oz low fat cream

90 g chicken breast

35 g spinach, chopped

30 g feta cheese, chopped


1: cook chicken in oil until browned.  Remove from pan

2: cook onion and garlic, add 1 oz water and simmer

3: add cream and cheese simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce chicken;

4: stir in spinach until it ‘wilt’.

5: serve sauce on top of chicken.
