30 g low fat grated cheese ½ clove garlic
10 g diced onion 13 g spinach
1: fry onion and garlic together until onion is soft.
2: whisk eggs and cream and pour into a greased ramekin dish.
3: add cheese, onion, garlic and spinach.
4: bake in moderate oven 180 C until top is browned
