Lamb Shish – Kebab

Serve 1

Carbohydrates:                      3.5 grams

Protein:                                   1



60 grams                                  lean meat lam, cut into cubes

40 grams                                  green capsicum, cut into squares
35 grams                                 mushrooms, cut in half


Marinade for lamb:

1 dessert spoon                   Low salt soya sauce

 1tsp                                       grainy mustard

1/3 cup                                 dry ginger ale



Marinade lamb cubes for at least 1 hour. Then remove from marinade and put onto skewers, alternating with capsicum and mushrooms. Put under hot griller. Will only take a few minutes.
