Hot Vegetable Soup

Serve 2

Carbohydrates:                  11 grams



2 ½ cup                                  water

40 grams                               green pepper

40 grams                               onion

45 grams                               zucchini

25 grams                               tomato

50 grams                               celery

1 tbsp.                                   Parsley

1                                             stock cube




Cut all vegetable in bite size pieces. Put into a saucepan with 2 ½ cups of water. Bring to the boil and simmer approximately 20 minutes. Crumble stock cube and simmer for another 10 minutes then serve.
