GARLIC CHILI PRAWNS

Protein:                                          1 serve

 

1 tsp.  Olive oil                                  1 chili pad

1 clove garlic, crushed                         60 g prawns. Shelled leaving tails intact

 

1: toss prawn in chili and garlic and let sit for ½ hour

2: add prawns to hot frying pan and sear.

3: season accordingly

4: can add to a salad or vegetables.
