Fishy Salsa

Protein:                         ½ serve

 

1 tbsp parsley, fresh leave                     1tbsp fresh mint leave

2 tsp flaxseed oil                                      a squirt of lemon juice

2 anchovies                                         1 clove garlic

10 g capers, drained and rinsed

1 tsp sugar free Dijon mustard

1: blend ingredients

2: whisk before pouring over fish
