Creamy Mushroom Soup

Serves 1

Carbohydrates:     4 grams

Proteins:                   ½



½ cup                     cold water

½ cup                     hot water

½ cup                     mushroom, slice or chopped

1                             egg yolk

1                             chicken stock cube

1 tsp                       butter

1 tsp                       shredded low fat cheddar cheese

1                             Plain T-360 pocket

Lite salt and pepper to taste



Sauté mushroom in butter. Dissolve chicken stock cube in ½ of hot water. Add to mushroom and simmer. Place ½ cup of cold water in blender. Add egg yolk and T-360 packet while blender is on low speed. Add T-360 mixture to soup. Simmer briefly and add cheese just before serving.
