CHINESE SALAD (VEGETARIAN)

60 g Chinese cabbage, shredded         20 g red pepper, diced

10 g onion, finely diced                         25 graw almonds

 

1: Toast almonds in an 350 degrees F oven until they smell nutty and are crisp. Remove from oven, cool, then roughly chop. Set aside.

2: in large bowl combined the cabbage, pepper and onion.

3: make dressing for your choice from the book. Pour over salad and toss.

4: add almonds and  stir just before serving.
