Chicken Breast in Microwave Oven

60 grams        chicken breast, no skin

1/2                 Plain T360 packet mixed with 1/3 cup water

Sprinkle basil, or curry powder, or chili powder, or oregano, or tarragon

1 clove            finely chopped garlic



Place chicken breast in fryer with tightly fitting lid (otherwise use Cling Wrap or microwave dish with cover). Mix 1/2 plain T360 packet with 1/3 cup water and pour over chicken.

Sprinkle with garlic and then the spice of your choice.  Cover tightly so that dish is airtight. Microwave on high for approximately 3-4 minutes.  Sprinkle with parsley.
