2 tsp olive oil 1 egg
40 g cauliflower, grated
25 g broccoli, grated
1 clove garlic 30 g onion
60 g chicken (or tuna, beef or lamb, etc)
2 tbsp. salt free soy sauce
(if you wish add 30 g peas (add 4 crabs)
1: grate the cauliflower and broccoli.
2: heat oil and add garlic and onion. Fry until a pale golden colour.
3: add the meat and cook until just lightly browned.
4: break in the eggs and cook until softly scrambled
5: add the cauliflower, broccoli, soy sauce, and pepper. Lightly toss.
6: cook for about 5 minutes, until meat is cooked
