Beef Scramble

¼ cup                                         tomato juice

3/8 cup                                      cold water

60grams                                    lean ground beef

1 tbsp                                        chopped onion

½                                                 stalk chopped celery 

“Lite salt” and pepper to taste



Prepare T-360 to taste like mixture using a small amount of water and tomato juice. Combine mixture with lean ground beef. Place remaining ingredients in frying pan with a touch of water to steam vegetables. When cooked, add T-360 to beef mixture and cook briefly on high heat until beef browned. Stir constantly. Makes a quick and easy lunch or dinner.
