15 g low fat cheddar cheese, cut into 2 cubes
Oregano. Lite salt and pepper to taste
1: mix together mince, onion, eggs, spices, and packet
2: form into 2 balls, each ball covering 1 cheese cube.
3: cook in a small amount of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.
