Bean and broccoli chowder

Serves 1

Carbohydrates:        8.5 grams

 

Ingredients:

½ cup                     broccoli diced

½ cup                     green bean diced

1                            chicken stock cube

1/2tsp                   paprika

2 cups                   water

2                            Plain T-360 pockets

Lite salt and pepper to taste

 

Method:

Simmer first 4 ingredients in one cup of water for approximately 10 minutes. Place 1 cup of cold water in blender and add T-360 packet while blender is on low speed. Add the diet mixture to the hot soup. Simmer for 1 more minute stirring frequently. Add paprika just before serving.
