BAKED SNAPPER

120 g snapper                              10 g onion

50 g broccoli florets                     50 g carrot, sliced

1 tsp apple cider, vinegar           dash of lite salt and paprika

 

1: place the snapper on baking pan.

2: cover with vegetables and sprinkle seasoning over the top

3: wrap, seal and bake at 350 F for about 25 minutes.
