Baked Halibut

Carbohydrates                                 4.5 grams

Ingredients:

120 grams                                          snapper

1/8 cup                                               onion

1 tsp                                                    vinegar

½ cup                                                  broccoli

Dash of “No Salt”, pepper and paprika

 

Method:

Place the snapper in aluminium foil. Cover with vegetable, sprinkle seasoning over the top. Wrap seal and baked at 235 c (450 F) for about 25 minutes.
